Employer of choice
An organisation widely seen as a desirable place to work.
An employer of choice is an organisation that talent in its market actively wants to join, often ahead of better-known or better-paying rivals. The status is earned through a consistent, believable experience that employees vouch for and candidates hear about long before applying. It is an outcome of sustained employer branding rather than a title you can award yourself, and it shows up in easier hiring and stronger retention.
