Employee advocacy

Employees promoting their employer to their networks.

Employee advocacy is when your own people voluntarily speak positively about working for you to their networks, whether by sharing content, referring friends, or posting their own stories. Because candidates trust peers far more than corporate channels, advocacy is among the most credible forms of talent attraction. It cannot be forced; it grows when the employee experience genuinely matches the promise the brand makes externally.
