Brand ambassador

An employee who actively champions the employer brand.

A brand ambassador is an employee who actively and consistently champions the employer brand, often representing it at events, in content, or across their networks. Unlike casual advocacy, ambassadors usually take on a recognised role and receive some support or coaching. They put a human, trusted face on the EVP and help scale employer branding beyond the recruitment team into everyday conversations.
