Organisational culture

The shared values and behaviours of an organisation.

Organisational culture is the shared set of values, norms, and behaviours that shape how work actually gets done and how people treat one another. It is the reality behind the EVP, felt in decisions, meetings, and everyday habits far more than in stated values. Because culture is what candidates ultimately join and employees experience daily, it is both the source of the employer brand and the thing hardest to fake.
