Employee testimonial

A first-person account of working somewhere.

An employee testimonial is a first-person account of what it is genuinely like to work for you, told in the employee's own voice. Its credibility comes from being specific and honest, including trade-offs, rather than reading as scripted praise. Testimonials give candidates relatable proof of the EVP and help them picture themselves in the role, making them a staple of trustworthy careers content.
