Time to hire

Time from a candidate entering the process to accepting.

Time to hire tracks how long it takes from a candidate first entering your process to accepting an offer, focusing on the efficiency of your own steps rather than overall demand. It is a sharper measure of candidate experience than time to fill, exposing slow feedback, too many interview rounds, or decision delays. Shortening it reduces the risk of losing strong people to faster-moving competitors.
