EVP

The core promise an employer makes to its people.

An EVP, or employee value proposition, is the central promise you make to your people in exchange for their skills and commitment. It captures what someone genuinely gets by working for you, from pay and progression to purpose and culture. A credible EVP is grounded in the lived reality of current employees rather than aspiration, and it becomes the foundation everything else in employer branding is built on.
