Application drop-off
Where candidates abandon an application.
Application drop-off describes the points where candidates start but abandon an application, often due to overlong forms, unclear steps, or friction like forced account creation. Mapping where people quit exposes avoidable losses of qualified talent and quantifies the cost of a clunky candidate experience. Reducing drop-off is frequently one of the fastest, cheapest ways to improve the top of the recruitment funnel.
