Employer reputation
What people already believe about you as an employer — the perception your employer brand works to shape.
Employer reputation is what people already believe about you as a place to work, formed from reviews, word of mouth, news, candidate experiences and the visible behaviour of your leaders. It is the scoreboard your employer brand is trying to move: the brand is what you deliberately shape, the reputation is the perception that results. Because it is built on other people’s experiences, it is earned rather than claimed, and it shifts slowly.
