What are employer brand KPIs?

Awareness and perception, application and offer-accept rates, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, retention and employee advocacy.

Useful KPIs span the whole journey rather than one headline number. On perception: awareness, consideration and sentiment among target audiences. On conversion: application volume and quality, offer-acceptance and application-to-hire rates. On efficiency and outcome: cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire and retention. On advocacy: referral rates and how willingly employees recommend you. Choose a handful that map to your actual hiring problems rather than tracking everything. Breadth matters because a single metric can mislead, since more applicants means little if quality or acceptance falls. The pitfall is leaning on vanity figures like follower counts, which feel good but rarely correlate with better, faster or more durable hiring.
